Now inviting design partners

Capture on iPhone.Reconstruct on Mac.Keep the project yours.

WaveForm is building an Apple-first spatial capture workflow for teams that want a repeatable 3D record and greater control over where project data goes.

WaveForm is pre-public. We are inviting a small group of teams with repeat documentation workflows to help shape the first release.

01Local by default

Designed to keep project data close to the devices you control.

02A clear handoff

One understandable path from your iPhone to your Mac.

03Visible progress

Work should remain understandable when a connection is interrupted.

04Useful afterward

The goal is a local project your team can revisit.

One clear journey from field to Mac.

The goal is a calm, connected path from field capture to a local project you can revisit, without asking your team to stitch together separate tools.

01

Capture on iPhone

Document a focused room, installation, or asset with a supported LiDAR-equipped iPhone.

02

Send to your Mac

Move the project through a deliberate handoff to the Mac your team has chosen.

03

Reconstruct on Mac

Use supported Apple silicon to turn the field record into a local 3D project.

04

Keep the project yours

The goal is a local project your team can revisit, with supported exports named for each preview build.

Keep more of the workflow on the devices you already own.

For teams working around sensitive interiors, limited connectivity, or long uploads, a local-first approach can make the path from field capture to a useful result easier to control.

Start with a real, repeatable job.

Tell us about the documentation job your team repeats most often. We are starting with teams that value local control and can judge whether one focused workflow produces a useful result.

A strong first fit
  • A repeat documentation job around a focused room, installation, or asset
  • LiDAR-equipped iPhones and Apple-silicon Macs your team can support
  • A real reason to keep project data and reconstruction close to your devices
  • A useful local 3D record as the first result
Better suited to another solution today
  • Survey-grade, stamped, legal, safety-critical, or regulatory reliance
  • Hosted collaboration, cloud project storage, or cloud reconstruction as first value
  • Android, Windows, Intel Mac, autonomous fleet, marketplace, or AI-analysis requirements
  • A one-time novelty scan with no repeat workflow or accountable outcome owner

WaveForm is in design-partner preview.

We are preparing the first Apple-first release and inviting a small group of teams to evaluate it on supported LiDAR-equipped iPhones and Apple-silicon Macs. Features and compatibility vary by preview build.

Good questions deserve direct answers.

Is WaveForm a survey or metrology instrument?

WaveForm’s initial release is for documentation and local 3D records. It is not offered for survey-grade, legal, engineering, safety-critical, or regulatory reliance.

Does my raw project have to live in the cloud?

The planned first release is local-first: capture on iPhone, reconstruct on Mac, and keep the project locally. Hosted project storage is not part of that first release.

Can I use Windows, Android, or an Intel Mac?

The design-partner preview is focused on supported LiDAR-equipped iPhones and Apple-silicon Macs. Windows, Android, and Intel Mac are not part of the current preview.

Is the complete journey publicly available today?

Not yet. WaveForm is preparing the Apple-first release and inviting design partners. Features and supported devices vary by preview build.

Does your team repeat the same documentation job?

Tell us about the work, the Apple devices you use, and what a useful local 3D record would look like.
